I got to Burlington Kia later than expected due to the bad weather, but was not made to feel rushed. Paris Rodriguez contacted me via text and answered my many questions throughout the day and set up a time for me to come in. When I arrived, employee Clinton Bell was waiting for me, was very friendly and up front with me, and offered excellent customer service from the moment I walked in, until I left. They want your business, and the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will be back to Burlington Kia!

No waiting, car was serviced and ready in less than an hour and both of the guys during checking in and checking out were such gentlemen! I would recommend Burlington Kia service department to anyone!
I found the service better than any service I had done with Kia. My service consultant Kevin greeted me explain everything with me, and he took the time and found discounts for me on my service and the work was done quick. And after the work was done the service consultant show me out to my car and asked me if there was anything that they could do for me let him know and I really appreciate the care that went into taking care of my car. The best experience I ever had at getting my car serviced.
So glad to have a Kia dealership in Burlington! I got in quickly for my oil change and they even vacuumed my car for me!
